This non-smoking holiday apartment is ideal for couples who prefer separate bedrooms, or for one to four persons who appreciate quality beds for a great night’s sleep.
The apartment offers:
- Two separate bedrooms with heat-reflective blackout pleated blinds and back-friendly bed systems.
- Living room with TV.
- Spacious open-plan kitchen-diner with a dishwasher and a second TV.
- Spacious bathroom with natural light.
- Balcony with awning.
- Separate staircase with main entrance, cloakroom and utility room.
Our new non-smoking holiday apartment — a welcoming, light-filled retreat for up to two persons. The bright, friendly and lovingly furnished apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers; therefore pets are not permitted.
The apartment offers:
- Spacious, bright living room with TV.
- Bedroom with heat-reflective blackout curtains and high-quality solid wood beds at comfort height with a 7-zone mattress system. No extra bed available.
- Separate kitchen with dishwasher and bright dining area.
- Daylight bathroom with shower.
- Terrace with beach chair.
- Separate entrance and cloakroom.
Compact non-smoking studio for one to two persons.
The holiday apartments are modern, tastefully furnished non-smoking apartments.
The following applies to all holiday apartments:
- Allergy-friendly furnishings — non-smoking apartments — therefore no pets allowed.
- Beds at comfort height with ergonomic mattress systems.
- Separate entrance and cloakroom.
- Bed linen and bathroom towels are included in the price. For stays of 14 nights or more, a weekly towel change is included.
- On request, one free parking space is available per holiday apartment on the property behind the house.
- A gazebo behind the house provides covered bicycle storage.
- Check-in between 2-5 pm, or by arrangement.
- Check-out latest 9 am.
Our holiday apartments are situated in a quiet location in the western district of the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn.
In the immediate vicinity:
- The beach, promenade, art gallery, town forest and town centre with concert garden and spa park are just 250 m away.
- Restaurants, shops, a laundrette and bicycle hire are all within easy walking distance.
- A small woodland directly behind our house provides a peaceful retreat in the heart of the resort.
You can reach the holiday house not only by car but also by public transport.
Travel tips:
- The fastest route to Kühlungsborn by car is via the A20 motorway, exiting at Bad Doberan or Kröpelin, depending on whether you are coming from Rostock or Wismar.
- Once you reach Kühlungsborn, continue to the western district of the Baltic Sea resort.
- Our holiday apartments are in a quiet location not far from Kühlungsborn West station and the district centre.
- As an alternative, you can also travel by public transport to Kühlungsborn West, for example on the narrow-gauge railway Molli or by regional bus from Bad Doberan or Kröpelin.
